Shipping, delivery and risk
Shipping options and fees are displayed at checkout. We ship within Canada only. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser when the carrier accepts the shipment. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin after the order has been dispatched from our facility.
Returns, refunds and final sale items
Our Return & Returns Policy sets out eligible returns, timelines and procedures. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days if they are in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories. A number of items are final sale and cannot be returned — examples include water filters, electrical items, pumps, solenoids, and special-order parts, as well as any part showing evidence of installation or use.
